In the past few weeks, we have been discussing what to do for the week that has traditionally been called “Oman Week”. We had decided that this year we wanted to do something a little different. For the DP students, this meant opening up possibilities and exploring new adventures in the region.
Together they discussed options and decided on a trip to Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island. Ferrari World and a Water Park, what better way to relax a bit after mock exams and before final exams! Working together with our science department, we have found this is a perfect opportunity to do the group 4 project, as well. Real-world application of the sciences in theme parks, what science lesson could be more thrilling!
