In Mathematics this week, we continued to focus on number recognition and early addition skills. We used manipulatives to represent numbers and solve simple story problems
In order to support our understanding of goal setting we read books about the importance of making mistakes and the growth mindset. The children began to develop an understanding that making mistakes is part of the learning process and that our brain grows when we make mistakes.
