Grade 9 have completed reading the play ‘The Crucible,’ by Arthur Miller. They reflected on how Miller created tension and how it related to the events of the time. They then watched the movie version and accounted for the differences between the two. At present students are working in groups, taking a scene from the play and updating it into present day English. They will the perform the scene. This will be the last summative assessment of the school year.
