Dear KG2 Families,
Our bookmaking table was a big hit this week. The children demonstrated great interest in writing their stories using drawings and pictures. It was great to see that their stamina is growing and they were able to stay on task for a longer period of time. Some children’s stories took two-three days to complete. After completing their stories, they happily shared their stories with the class. They were proud of their stories and accomplishments.
This week, we have also introduced different numeracy games which help children to develop a deeper understanding of number identification and one-to-one correspondence.
The children really enjoyed playing these games and actively participated in them.
As always, our classroom was filled with various exploration activities and play experiences. It is really difficult to believe that we have only 5 weeks left to complete this wonderful academic year.
