Even though it has only been a short week, the students have been exploring ways to lead a balanced lifestyle.

We have learnt about different food groups and designed a healthy plate. The students have also started to look at what each of the food groups provide and what parts of the body they help to keep fit and healthy.

During our maths sessions, we have created our own surveys to find out which sports people do and how often they exercise. We will be looking at ways to present our findings next week.
