In our Inquiry unit field to plate, we looked at the journey of food to plate. We created info graphs to display interesting information about our chosen products. We then used our math knowledge of measurement, shapes and nets to make our own packaging for our products. We created our own branding and looked at the volume and weight of our products. We also learned about the history of money and the history of Omani money. We had group discussions of what it takes to be a responsible consumer.
