Grade 3 have worked hard these past two weeks to complete their first Science Fair Projects. It was an extra challenge having to work individually because of being online, but with fabulous support from families, each student has posed and investigated a question, made observations and summarised their findings. Many thanks to all the people who have assisted our students with their projects.
Along the way they have become familiar with the scientific method and have learned to try and make sure that they design a test that is fair and therefore gives reliable information. This has involved the integration of many Maths and English skills as well as Science.
Some students took their investigation further by undertaking additional research about their project.
Students deserve to feel very proud of what they have achieved. We hope that you will enjoy browsing their projects on the website which will be shared next week. Allow plenty of time!
