Students in Grade 3 have continued to work hard and achieve their best right up to the holidays. We have completed our work on the human body and reviewed the three body systems, which included the skeleton, respiratory and circulation systems. Many of the students in class have worked hard at home to create models that have helped explain how the systems work.
In mixed arts students completed some wonderful art work that shows the lungs and the heart.
The class have written a letter to their future selves, to be opened when they are 18 years old. The letter gives advice to the future adult about how to lead a healthy life style. The children have thought about their dreams and what they would like to achieve in the future. When the letters are complete they will put them in an envelope and given to mums and dads.
