This week the Grade 4 students learnt about writing instructions for other people to follow. This is in the lead up to Science Fair where students need to write a scientific procedure.
We watched a hilarious video where children tried to give instructions to their dad to do something simple. This showed how difficult it can be! Then we watched a ‘How to’ video to learn how to make a Chatterbox and the students wrote their individual instructions. Only when their instructions were correct could they take a piece of paper and make one.
It was hard but we did a good job.
