When I look around the class pods it’s hard to believe students are not here. Teachers have started to display work that your children have submitted on Seesaw or through email so it looks busy! They also have displays set up to help your children see the same things they would if they were here in school. This includes the units of inquiry focus and examples of what they have been teaching.
Teachers are starting to set up their spaces with the 1.5m distancing in anticipation of opening on 1st of November and this will continue. We have guidelines from the MOE and MOH, and luckily for ABIS have the space to keep safe distance practices in place. More details of our safe practices to come closer to November 1st.
And we have two new additions to the Early Childhood Centre. They are very noisy!
I hope you have enjoyed the extra break this weekend and your children have had some time off screen. I am heading to the mountains camping to do just that – no screen time. Looking forward to seeing you all soon.
