Grade 11 started a new topic on Circular motion and Gravitation. This past week our focus was on circular motion including centripetal force and centripetal acceleration.
We talked about how a change in velocity results in an object’s acceleration while in circular motion in relation to the radius of it’s path.
We also talked about banking and why the curve of a banked road has to be inclined at the right angle.
