Last week the K2 students listened to the Gruffalo’s story and looked at the book online. Some students became storytellers using the pictures as cues, they presented confidently and clearly, it was a pleasure to listen to. Some made masks to act out their character and some made dens for their character to live in. There were lots of Art work where students could express their ideas and creativity relating to the Gruffalo story. For Maths lots of counting took place and the shape hunt was very successful. Some students sent in their own ideas and work which was appreciated. I would like to thank all students who sent in their work and their families for their continued support, it is appreciated.
