Scientific understanding of force and motion facilitates problem solving is the central idea of our new Unit of Inquiry. The Grade 5’s began the unit by investigating ways to balance objects they could find in the room. We had great fun and the students made some important discoveries. After the time to explore, the students wrote a list of things they discovered, in their book.
