Dear ABIS Parents,
In accordance with the ABIS mission and vision to become well-rounded global citizens, we are excited to announce that ABIS is working to protect the environment though a recycling initiative called Plasbin with Mr. Martin Mbuta. If you would like to learn more about the recycling program and how you will be able to recycle from your homes, please come to the following informational meeting:
Wednesday, November 28th 8:20 – 9 am in the LC1 Theater  (English and Arabic translation provided)
In addition, on the 27th & 28th, all ABIS students from KG to G12 will be involved in a school-wide Art Project made out of recycled materials. Over the next week, please collect any and all plastic water bottles and send them to school before November 27th. We will be using plastic water bottles to create the art project. We are requesting that you bring in or send with your son/daughter, the empty plastic water bottles to the LC1 Theater. Thank you!
And finally, on the 27th & 28th of November, instead of the ABIS logo shirts, students are invited to wear shirts that represent respect for the earth. This could include earth colors, a photo of the earth, or a message about recycling and taking care of the earth.
We would like to thank you for supporting the ABIS / Plasbin Recycling initiative!!
