This week grade 6 mathematicians have been applying their knowledge of area to investigate different approaches to calculate the area of a trapezoid/trapezium. They are further exploring these approaches and next week they will be presentations to communicate their findings.
Whilst investigating they have been clearly demonstrating ATL (approaches to learning) skills.
