It has been an exciting and very active week in Grade 2. We were amongst the first to try out the new athletics track. Learning to stay in our lane required a bit of practice for some.
On Tuesday we invited our buddy class to have pancake races for some crazy Pancake Tuesday fun. Balancing the pancake on the spatula was fairly easy but tossing the pancake required some skill.
We followed instructions to weave a heart shaped basket for Valentines Day.
We had loads of fun and put all our effort into the events at Sports Day. It was a great chance to demonstrate our learning in PE but also to practise being good sports. Thank you to all the parents who supported this and helped out when needed too. It was great to have you there.
