Thursday September 7th was House Colour day! Student met up with their Brain Gym groups today. Grade 6s are leaders and role models who help the Grade 4 and 2 students with our morning activities.
Grade 6s are leading the weekly assemblies. Sergio, Hector and Diego were the first team to lead an assembly. Next week at the assembly we will celebrate dot day! Remember to wear lots of dots!!
The class continues to work with Mr.Taylor in Math.
We are part way through our class novel: Fish in a Tree. Students share their ideas, predictions and inferences with one another.
All of our classmates have joined us now. We continued with some more “get to know you” activities.
We have set our Inquiry questions! Students are now developing sub-questions to help build their understanding of our 3 main questions.
We share our Inquiry research each day. Students meet up with their group to build their own and other’s understanding.
