This week has been a busy one for all Secondary students when it comes to CAS and MCAS!

Our 12th graders are frantically trying to finish off their Managebac portfolios by next Thursday, March 24th, to be officially done with their DP CAS program. They delivered their final CAS share-out in Assembly on Wednesday to share some of their advice about CAS with the rest of the Secondary students. Their best suggestion? Do the reflections BEFORE the last month of your CAS program!

Two of our 11th grade students hosted a workshop for all DP students on Monday during Advisory time to share their amazing reflections. Aisha and Harshit explained how to reflect in a creative manner, focusing on different ways to use videos as a form of reflection. They are certainly setting the standard high when it comes to quality reflections!

Finally, our 7th to 10th grade students have been wrapping up their final reflections for the second session of MCAS and writing their proposals for the third and final MCAS session of the school year. It’s been really neat to see how some of our younger Secondary students have really taken MCAS to heart by coming up with creative and interesting experiences, then reflecting upon them in a meaningful manner and producing excellent evidence to demonstrate how they are meeting their goals.

It is truly great to see our students engaging with their community in such a positive, involved way!
