Well done to Grace, Anton, Isaac, and Andee in Grade 9. Over the past could of weeks they have been crafting a survey to measure teen attitudes about the Middle East. This survey is being sent out to teenagers all around the world and, we hope, in a few weeks the group will have lots of interesting data to examine and analyze.

This is part of IGCSE Global Perspectives, a new course that we’ve taken on for grades 9-10. It is very unlike other IGCSE subjects in that it strongly features independent and group work. The group work allows students to plan, carry out, and evaluate a project. This particular group chose to examine teen attitudes about the Middle East worldwide, so they are researching the topic, carrying out their own survey, analyzing the data, and presenting their findings.

If you know anyone who teaches teenagers, I have posted the link to the survey below. Please pass it on and help our Global Perspectives students succeed!
