We just finished reading Arthur Miller’s 1949 play Death of a Salesman out in class. I was very impressed with how engaged the students were in their respective roles; they made it easy to become so frustrated with the infuriating flaws of the Loman clan. I’m not sure if Dustin Hoffman as Willy and John Malkovich as Biff will hold a candle to Rining and James in their respective roles. We’ll test my theory after Eid when we watch the production on screen.
