We had a fabulous day, visiting the halwa factory and seeing how it is made. We also got a little pot to taste. Then we went to the beach to collect shells and make artistic shell designs. We also had a little play on the playground.

We had an enjoyable day: decorating biscuits in Omani flag colours (except the red food colouring turned the icing orange!) Maybe the butter already had a yellow colour in it?! We also worked on a group Islamic art mosaic picture and our own desert pictures.
