This is going to be the last time the calendar date will look like this for a very long time! So, Grade 2 did some fun “12” themed activities. One thing we tried was drawing a picture using only 12 lines. This was a lot tougher than we thought it would be but we really enjoyed it.
Then we played a game we really like…Ducks and Chickens! This time, all the math questions we could think of had to have 12 as an answer. At the end of the game, we had a tie….but that was not the strangest part. Can you believe that the total score of the game was 12? Ms. Fitch couldn’t believe it! It certainly was a 12 day!
