Grade 4 participated in the Hour of Code, a global event designed to demystify coding and show that anyone can learn the basics of coding. Students learned how to program events and actions for angry birds, R2-D2, Anna and Elsa, among others. Students really enjoyed this activity and I hope it has encouraged them to see that computer science and engineering is a possible career option in the future.
