Dear Parents,

This week in Kindergarten PE, we continued building on our learning through a combination of movement, collaboration, and fun activities.

During our PE lessons, we kept focusing on the yoga alphabet, where students are becoming increasingly confident in recognizing and performing poses linked to different letters. It has been wonderful to see their growing enthusiasm and body awareness as they engage in mindful movement.

We also introduced a musical hula hoop game, which brought lots of excitement and laughter. This activity encouraged students to develop their listening skills, reaction time, and spatial awareness, while also promoting turn-taking and cooperation with their peers.

In our swimming lessons, we began using kick boards to help students focus on improving their kicking technique. I am very proud to share that all students present were willing to try this new skill, showing great determination and a positive attitude. Some students were even surprisingly confident and skillful, which was lovely to see!

After the break, we will return to our regular PE and swimming schedule:

KG1  PE: Monday & Thursday, 10:20 – 11:00
Swimming lesson: Wednesday, 10:20 – 11:00
