Dear Parents,

This week in Kindergarten Physical Education, we continued building on the wonderful experiences from last week, combining movement, exploration, and collaboration in new and exciting ways.

Our students once again enjoyed their time in the swimming pool, where their enthusiasm and smiling faces made it clear how much they are growing in confidence in the water. The children continued to explore different movements while splashing, playing, and supporting one another.

We also continued our introduction to yoga, where students practiced simple poses connected to the letters of the alphabet. So far, the children have learned the poses corresponding to the letters A to H. It would be wonderful if they could show some of these yoga letters to their families during the weekend, sharing what they have learned while practicing balance, body awareness, and mindful movement.

Through these activities, our young learners are not only developing body awareness and balance, but also strengthening important ATL skills such as communication, collaboration, and social skills.

It has been another joyful week of learning through movement, and we look forward to continuing to build on these experiences as the children grow more confident and creative.

Warm regards,
Ms. Nuria
