Dear Parents,
I hope this message finds you well. As we progress through this term, our students are moving into the final synthesis of their current units, demonstrating both their theoretical knowledge and their creative application.
Our MYP music students are currently focused on documenting and finalizing their work. Here is an update on their progress this week:
- All Grades (7, 8, and 9): Students across these year groups are currently completing Criterion A and Criterion B. This involves finalizing their research into their respective genres—Advertising, Film, and Rock/Pop—and polishing the technical skills they have developed through their practical projects.
- Grade 10: The e-Portfolio: Our Grade 10 students are now working on Criterion C (Creating/Performing) for their e-Portfolio. This stage is focused on the actual realization of their artistic goals, where they apply all their prior planning and practice to produce their final recorded performances and compositions.
