Next Week in KG2
Next week, we will continue our Unit of Inquiry Sharing the Planet, focusing on Living and Non-Living Things. The children will explore nature through a scavenger hunt, sort objects into living and non-living groups, and begin planting seeds.
In phonics, we will focus on the letter sound /o/, build simple CVC words, and practise our sight word “I”.
In math, children will play number bingo and create AB patterns using natural and classroom materials.
We will enjoy the stories What’s Alive? and The Curious Garden to support our learning about caring for living things.
Reminder: Swimming will take place this week. Please ensure your child comes prepared on Wednesday
