This week, the students worked very hard practicing their songs and playing their instruments for the Winter Concert. They were so excited to perform for their parents, and they looked beautiful on stage in the colours of the Omani flag — red, white, and green.
We also enjoyed listening to the story The Very Hungry Caterpillar. The children worked on sequencing the events of the story in the correct order. For many, this project took a few days to complete, and several students proudly asked, “I’m not finished with my Very Hungry Caterpillar — can I complete it today?” showing wonderful perseverance and commitment to their learning.
It has been a joyful week of music, storytelling, and determination!
