Dear parents,

This week flew by in PE as our students enjoyed a wonderful balance of fun, movement, and teamwork!

In the pool, the children practiced blowing bubbles and building their water confidence—a playful yet essential step toward developing strong swimming skills. To make the most of these lessons, we kindly remind you of the importance of bringing a towel, swimming goggles, and a swimming cap each week. These items not only keep your child comfortable but also support safety and learning in the water.

On land, we focused on gross motor development through activities that combined challenge and joy. One highlight was keeping balloons in the air using different body parts—arms, legs, even elbows! While the students giggled and moved with creativity, they were also working on balance, coordination, and reaction time. Another favorite was the “ice-cream relay race,” where children balanced a ball on top of a cone and dashed carefully across the space, trying not to let their “ice-cream scoop” fall. The laughter was contagious, and at the same time students were practicing controlled running, focus, and balance.

Every activity this week was designed to strengthen fundamental motor skills, build cooperation, and foster an atmosphere where every child feels part of the group’s success.

We are proud of the enthusiasm and energy our students bring to every lesson, and we look forward to even more movement adventures next week!

Warm regards,
Ms. Nuria
