This week students started recording weather data from a city of their choice. They will be using the data that they collect to make graphs. They will then use the graphs to make predictions and find weather trends. Please have your child collect and record weather data over the weekend. The app we are using for this is called Weather + International Travel Weather Calculator. Please make sure that you change the settings to the Metric system of measurement.
In class we have been recording weather data from 4 different climates. We have already started to notice some weather patterns!
This week we also did some temperature investigations and worked on our graphing skills.
Renee brought her cat in for show and tell this week too!
On Thursday we had a special performance and drama workshop, it was fun!
And we finished off the week with a dance assembly.
