Grade 11 Global Politics students have just completed the Peace and Conflict unit and will sit for a Paper 1 exam next week. Paper 1 is a source-based exam and will draw upon topics from our current unit. During the week of May 19-23, Global Politics students will sit for a full Paper 2 mock exam on all of the content we have covered this school year. For Standard Level students this will involve 2 essays in 1 hour and 45 minutes and for Higher Level students this will involve 3 essays in 2 hours and 45 minutes. Students have access to a wide range of resources on Google Classroom that will benefit them as they prepare. Please encourage your child to seek feedback and to devote the necessary time in order to study effectively for these important exams.
