Dear Students and Parents,
As you may have seen we very proudly display students´ artwork in the SLS. We celebrate our students´talents and achievements through our display, and furthermore the art greatly enhances the learning area as its colours and varied forms are conducive to study and a feeling of homeliness and well-being in general. The displays are intended to be semi-permanent in nature, and are to be changed over the course of each year by new artworks as students create it. When artworks are taken down to make space for new artworks, those students to which the artworks belong may take them home. Of course, if any student is leaving the school then they can take all their art with them: students should see Mr. Clarke to collect their displayed or stored artwork.
This year has been a very enjoyable and creative one for us, with students having made lots of amazing art! I wish you all a very happy summer.
