This week we’ve been working hard on finishing up our Summative assessments. Students have been designing a map of their choice. They have all finished their map drafts, and we are nearly done all the artistic copies as well. In Math we have been working on a review booklet and playing some math games. For writing, students are working hard at finishing up their descriptive paragraphs about their maps.
Next week is our LAST WEEK OF GRADE 2! I can hardly believe it!
Our schedule next week is as follows:
Sunday – Regular school day
Monday – Regular morning
– Student celebrations in the afternoon (Students will give Learner Profile and Attitude awards to each
other)
Tuesday – Sharing of Learning 8:30 – 10:30 (Parents invited to come and bring a food from your home country)
– Regular afternoon
Wednesday – Regular day
Thursday – Classroom organization, clean up, and farewell!
