This week we have been exploring patterns in Maths, the children have used different equipment to make their own. In Literacy the students have started to match sounds from a game to our sound wall. They were able to extend their learning by making letters and numbers from a connecting small blocks game and matching them to sound and number walls. For our UOI we have been talking about Wadis and what can be found in them. They made insects from play dough and sticks and have started the process of making their own Wadi in the garden. Great fun was had in swimming and their listening and self management skills are improving. It was a short week but it was a very busy week. We are all looking forward to seeing you at the Student led conferences where the children can share their learning with you all.
