The ‘Energy’ learning of grade 4 just keeps on rising. We had a Grade 4 Bake off and made some incredible bread and shared it with the class in a variety of digital formats. We found that baking is a real scientific kitchen activity. We finished discovering and inquiring into all the different kind of non-renewable and renewable energy sources. We looked at sustainability and how to be an Eco-Warrior, by using an online eco-detective game, Jack Johnsons 3R’s song, BrainPOP videos and writing about how we show our planet the love we have for it. We also had a thankful tree writing time – what are we thankful for. Grade 4 is so thankful for a lot of great people and activities.
