This week the k2 students were happy to explore their knowledge on measurement. They were all excited to measure the length of their favorite toys and different objects around them..they also practiced measuring their body parts with non standard units. They used objects of their choice to measure following the rule that objects used must be the same size and next to each other as they proceed to measure. They developed their communication skills and expressed themselves confidently when explaining the size of different objects measured by using the new vocabularies measure,long and short. They also practiced counting and number identification. g
