At the end of November, Grade 9 students were assigned accounts in Mangahigh (an online maths activities program). By now students should have completed several Mangahigh homework assignments that were set to assist them in preparing for their number assessment.
Online homework activities are an integral part of student learning as it allows them to get instant feedback on how they are performing in maths topics. Mangahigh also provides students with a “how to” feature for topics that students require additional help with. Additionally the program is designed to adapt in difficulty level to the ability of the student, this ensures that students are being suitably challenged in their tasks.
Please take the time to check in with your child this week to see how they are progressing with their Mangahigh activities.
