This week we started measuring and estimating objects throughout the school. We used our bodies to create benchmarks with the goal of logically predicting the length of objects in meters, half meters, and cm. Choose some objects around the house and see if your child can make logical estimates of the length. Then choose something longer or shorter and see if they make connections between the objects to make accurate predictions.
