This week marked the culmination of an exciting interdisciplinary unit for our secondary students, ending with the much-anticipated ABIS Games in the sports hall. Throughout the unit, students explored themes of teamwork, communication, cultural understanding, and physical activity, bringing together learning from multiple subject areas in a fun and engaging way.

The ABIS Games provided students with the opportunity to participate in an Omani version of dodgeball alongside basketball activities, creating a unique and enjoyable sporting experience. It was fantastic to see students applying the skills they have developed throughout the year while embracing the spirit of friendly competition and teamwork. A particular highlight was the involvement of parents and teachers, who joined in the activities and helped create a wonderful sense of community and celebration.

The atmosphere throughout the event was incredibly positive, with students demonstrating enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and encouragement towards one another. It was a fitting way to conclude a year filled with learning, growth, and achievement in PE. Thank you to all students, staff, and families for their support throughout the year. The ABIS Games provided a memorable ending to what has been a fantastic year, and we wish everyone a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable summer break.
