Learning This Week
Students are continuing their Movement Composition unit by exploring different ways to move their bodies. They are practicing balances on different body parts, using high, medium, and low levels, and learning how to move safely between positions. The focus is on control, stability, and body awareness.
Student Spotlight & Looking Ahead
It has been wonderful to see students improving their balance and trying new movements with confidence. Many are beginning to hold their balances longer and show better control.
Next, students will start linking two or three movements together to create short sequences and explore smooth transitions between movements.
