Dear Parents,

This week offered a strong reflection of the learning culture across our school, highlighted by our Student-Led Conferences and Parent-Teacher meetings, held on Wednesday and Thursday. It was excellent to see such strong parent attendance. These sessions are an important part of the learning process by giving students the opportunity to explain their learning, while also allowing parents to ask questions and engage directly with teachers. Thank you for your continued partnership and for the positive way in which you supported these conversations.

We also enjoyed a Grade 2 and 3 assembly to close the week. Events such as these play an important role in building community and celebrating learning. My thanks go to our Arabic team and the Grade 3 homeroom teachers for bringing this together. The students presented with enthusiasm and pride, and it was a pleasure to see their learning shared so confidently.

Today also marks an important milestone for our Grade 12 students as they complete their final day of classes. This afternoon, the whole school along with parents and families, gathered along the pathway from the ECC through to the flag, to recognise this moment. As the students walked the pathway, they were supported by the clapping and cheering of the entire community. It was a wonderful and memorable way to mark the end of their time at school.

As they now move into the final stage of their IB journey, we wish them every success in their upcoming examinations and in the pathways that follow.

Thank you, as always, for your ongoing support of the school.

Wishing you all a restful and enjoyable weekend.

Dominic Robeau
