This week has marked the final week of Ramadan, and we have continued to adapt our lessons to ensure students remain comfortable and engaged while fasting. Activities have remained focused on maintaining participation levels while managing energy output, with an emphasis on skill development, decision-making, and understanding of game play. Students have continued to show positive engagement and maturity, demonstrating thoughtful involvement and supporting one another during this period.

As we approach the end of term and look ahead to the Spring break, students are beginning to transition towards the next phase of their learning. Following the break, students will begin new units in swimming and aesthetic movement. These units will provide opportunities for students to develop different skill sets, focusing on water confidence, stroke technique, and safety in swimming, alongside creativity, control, and expression in aesthetic movement. This transition will allow students to experience a broader range of physical activities and continue building their overall physical literacy in new and engaging contexts.
