Dear Parents,

This week has been a truly joyful one in Kindergarten Physical Education. It was lovely to return to the pool and see the children’s happy and excited faces as they splashed, explored, and tried new things in the water. Their enthusiasm and willingness to participate showed wonderful examples of being risk-takers, as they challenged themselves in a safe and supportive environment.

Alongside swimming, our gymnastics sessions introduced a new skill: handstands. While some students initially felt a little unsure or uncomfortable, we were very proud to see that all students gave it a try. This is a big step in building confidence, resilience, and body awareness. We will continue practising this skill next week allowing the children to progress at their own pace.

We will also begin introducing short yoga practices during our PE lessons. These brief moments will help the children explore calmness, balance, and body awareness, and allow us to see how our little ones respond to mindful movement and relaxation.

It has been a week full of smiles, courage, and growth, and we look forward to continuing this exciting journey with the children.

Thank you for your continued support.

Warm regards,
Ms. Nuria
