To start the new academic term and new year, we have been exploring creative writing in grade 10. We are examining the reasons that people write when they undergo major life changes, specifically looking at migration stories. The first part of our unit has been centered around poetry and poetic expression. From this we will move on to explore short stories and then creative non-fiction.
