Dear Parents,
Happy New Year! I hope you enjoyed a joyful and restful holiday with your loved ones as we welcomed 2026. It has been wonderful to see the children back at school this week, full of smiles and eager to share their holiday stories and adventures.
With the pleasant weather we are currently enjoying, PE lessons are continuing to focus on outdoor games. We have also begun to gently introduce some basic gymnastics skills to prepare the students for our upcoming unit.
Due to the current weather conditions, swimming lessons will be temporarily postponed. The safety and comfort of our students remain our top priority. We will inform you as soon as swimming lessons are able to resume.
As a result, the timetable has been adjusted so that all scheduled sessions will take place as PE lessons instead of swimming. This ensures continuity in learning and allows students to remain active and engaged during their regular lesson times.
Please continue to send your child to school wearing comfortable sports clothing on their PE days, as outlined below:
• K1: Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 10:20 – 11:00.
• KG2A (Ms. Maria): Sunday 10:20 – 11:00, Wednesday 11:00 – 11:40, and Thursday 08:40 – 09:20.
• KG2B (Ms. Khadija): Sunday 11:00 – 11:40, Tuesday 11:40 – 12:20, and Thursday 09:20 – 10:00.
I would also like to let you know that I will be available for Parent-Teacher Conferences on Tuesday and Wednesday from 3:30 to 6:30 pm. If you would like to meet, ask questions, or discuss your child’s progress in PE, please sign up using the conference sheets sent earlier this week.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support in helping us provide engaging and enriching physical learning experiences for the children.
Warm regards,
Ms. Nuria
