Welcome Back Everyone!
Everyone was pleased to see each other and started the week happily talking about their holidays and asking each other questions. This set us on our way to returning to our inquiry skills for wind erosion and our beach trip where we wonder how the world is changed and formed by different elements. Students prepared for their assembly next week and did their usual lessons. We also had a visit from the photographer and posed for our school class, individual and group photos.
We have a busy time coming up as, apart from assembly, we also have Parents Evenings next week, ASA starting up again and our wonderful International Evening plus Oman Week in February. Looking forward to all these events!
The beach trip today was very successful, measuring by the amount of wet and sandy children we brought back! Students enjoyed exploring the sand, shells, sea and beach landscape. They played together well and collaborated in groups to build different sand structures. We even had some drone videos done by a parent helper so please check Seesaw for those!
