Another action packed week in Grade 6 as we try to fill holes in our line of inquiry 1 knowledge, whilst at the same time designing the second (more active) line of inquiry. In this middle line of inquiry we are transitioning from research to more active tasks. So most children’s focus will now be on making, creating, experimenting, designing, testing etc. The children have also started creating google forms and many are looking forward to taking part in our PYP Exhibition t-shirt design competition over the holidays too.
The children have all started to create plans of what they want to progress with over the 3 week holidays. We strongly encourage you to assist and help your child manage their time wisely over the break so that they can achieve their aims.

After the Holidays we will be eyeing the finishing line and looking at how we can communicate all of our exciting ideas in an impactful and engaging way. There is a LOT of work for all the students still to do and many have been very reflective and realised that they need to do additional work (over the break) to make sure they get the end product that they want.
