Dear families,
As we reach the end of this term, we would like to share how wonderfully positive these past weeks have been. Our little learners have truly impressed us with their enthusiasm, energy, and growing love for sports. We’ve already started to see some great young swimming enthusiasts emerging. Their confidence in the water is growing with every lesson!
This term has been filled with fun activities, laughter, teamwork, and cooperation. We even completed our End of Unit Reflection, and the children pleasantly surprised us by recognizing and distinguishing between healthy and less healthy habits. Their reflections showed great understanding and maturity for their age.
We would also like to take a moment to talk about the importance of swimming, and we encourage you to speak with your children during the holiday break and explain to them that every splash, kick, and breath in the pool is more than just learning to swim. It’s a step towards confidence, independence, and resilience. For many children, the water can feel a little daunting at first. But as they learn to float, glide, and move with the water instead of against it, something amazing happens, they start to believe in themselves.
Swimming isn’t just a life skill; it’s a confidence builder. The sense of achievement that comes from mastering each new skill, from putting their faces in the water to swimming their first few meters, gives children a boost that carries into every part of their lives.
Thank you for your continued support and trust. We’re so proud of how far your children have come, and can’t wait to dive into new adventures with them next term!
Warm regards,
Ms. Nuria
