We’re nearing the end of a truly wonderful school year, and today we had a fantastic time celebrating with our end-of-year classroom party! The students also enjoyed celebrating a classmate’s birthday, watching a movie together, and simply enjoying each other’s company. We wrapped up the week with the Grade 3–6 Summer Concert, and it was a joy to see some of our students’ siblings perform on stage.
This week, the class began rehearsing for their upcoming Readers Theatre performances, which will take place next Wednesday. The students have been working hard memorizing their lines, gathering and creating props, and designing beautiful setting backdrops. They’re so excited to share their performances with you in video form.
Next week is Spirit Week, and here’s a quick rundown of the fun themes:

Sunday – Sleepy Day: Students can come in their pajamas.

Monday – Movie Day: Please send popcorn if you’re able to contribute.

Tuesday – Twin Day: Students can dress alike with a friend.

Wednesday – Different Decade Day: Students can dress in styles from the 80s, 90s, or early 2000s.

Monday (Pool Party) – We’ll be having a class pool party! Please send your child with their swimsuit, a hat, towel, and water shoes.
