It’s been a busy week for 8A this week. Three of our students presented to Secondary School about Racism Awareness. I was so proud of them for doing this because they were very nervous and it took a lot of courage. During this presentation, we saw dual language delivery in action as Tariq and Tala translated each slide into Arabic. Thank you to Al Moataz, who stepped in at the last minute!
As part of this 8A Service As Action project, some of our students created a primary version of the slides. They visited G5 to teach them about racism and that it is fine to call racism out and report it.
Well done G8- a busy but successful week spreading an important message to our community!!
